Awareness programme on suicide prevention held

Hyderabad: Awareness programme on Suicide prevention was conducted on Saturday, titled “Working Together to Prevent Suicide” was organised by Sultan-Ul-Uloom Educational Society (SUES) campus psychologist M Suman Roy to the students of Pharmacy, Engineering, B.Tech, Law College and Pharmacy College students of SUES. 

The programme emphasised on inculcating awareness about causes, risk factors, warning signs of suicides and prevention of suicides. This programme also promoted a sense of taking self responsibility towards self mental health promotion and helping a person having suicidal thoughts minimising suicides among students and aiming a better and healthier self, family, community and country.
