Expedite building two-bedroom houses, officials told

Musheerabad: Local legislator Dr K Laxman directed contractors to complete two-bedroom houses’ construction within the stipulated time prescribed by the Government. He was visiting Lambadi Thanda, Sai Charan Colony and Bolkapur on Tuesday along with the GHMC and Housing Board Officials in his Constituency.

Speaking on the occasion, he said the state government has approved two-bedroom house proposals from five out of 18 slums. Houses will be built under the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana (PMAY) for those having house-site pattas, he added. Assistant Engineer Prem Sagar, Divisional Engineer Raghunandan, Vagdevi, local leaders K Arun, Lokanaik, Srinivas and Jagan were present.
