Shilparamam wears a festive look

Hyderabad: The Government of Telangana officially celebrated Sankranti with fervour at the Arts and Crafts Village of Shilparamam on Sunday. The village museum resembling rural atmosphere drew the attention of many visitors. 

Several troupes enthralled the audiences with ‘Haridasu’, ‘Budubukkalollu’ and ‘Jangama Devaru’ performances. The audience was seen taking selfies with performers. 

Rangoli display covered the whole area of Shilparamam giving it a splendid look.  About 150 expert handloom weavers who have been sponsored by the Union Ministry of Textiles displayed their wide range of products at the exhibition-cum-sale.
