Corporator celebrates Sankranti with local women

Lalapet/Tarnaka: Women of Lalapet felicitated local corporator Alakunta Saraswathi Hari after special prayers were held commemorating the harvest season. The ladies presented the corporator with vermillion and turmeric on the auspicious occasion. 

Vijayalaxmi, Uma and Siri participated in the event. Saraswathi exchanged wishes and prayed that the people of the division be abundantly blessed with happiness and prosperity for years to come.
