Chittaramma Jatara in Gajularamaram

Qutbullapur: Legislators Shimbipur Raju(MLC) and K P Vivekanand (MLA) and severel local corportors on Friday launched pooja to mark the inauguration of Chittaramma Jatara in Gajularamaram. Local temple chairman Antayya Goud, along with Raju, Vivekanand and corporators, performed the first pooja in the morning. 

Goud announced that the Brahmotsavam would be celebrated between January 19-27. He said the jatara of the Goddess would be launched on the second Sunday after Sankranti, when special pooja would be conducted. 

Devotees from across Telangana would participate in the jatara. All facilities would be provided for their benefit. He thanked the police and the municipal officials for extending their  cooperation this year also.
