Bahujana Left Front poster released
Hyderabad: A poster on January 25 meeting to float the Bahujana Left Front in the city was released at the Front’s office in Kamala Nagar in ECIL area of the city on Sunday. Front’s state-level leader Janaki Ramulu said that the Front has been conceived with the objectives of achieving the social justice and comprehensive development of Telangana. He appealed to the people to make it a grand success.
The TRS government made promises of double bed-room houses, assignment of three acres of land to Dalits, loan waiver to farmers, jobs to each and every household, but failed to implement them. Moreover, it is unleashing repression on those who question the government’s inaction and sending them to jails foisting false cases against them, he alleged.
He said that the Dharna Chowk at Indira Park has been done away with. The number of attacks on the Dalits, BCs and other communities was on the rise. Social justice is far from being implemented, he said. Therefore, the Front will be floated with the coming together of over 25 outfits. He appealed to the people to bid adieu to the TRS rule in the state after the 2019 elections.
Nalla Surya Prakash, the Front’s Telangana chairman, RSP nationa leader Janaki Ramulu, CPM leader R Sudha Bhaskar, the Front’s leader Sriramsriramulu and others spoke. Front’s district executive members Komati Ravi and Chintala Yadaiah, district committee members Ch Krishna Rao, P Venkat, Vinoda and others, including Nagalakshmi, Ghousia and Sobha Rani, took part in the programme.
