Welfare works taken up Alakunta Saraswathi

 Tarnaka: Tarnaka Corporator Alakunta Saraswathi Hari undertook several developmental activities at Tarnaka division, here on Monday. Responding immediately to the complaints of residents at Vinobha Nagar regarding the stench from uncleared wastes in the nalas near the railway track, 

the corporator along with GHMC Assistant Engineer Shashidher Reddy and the Emergency Team took action in getting the area cleaned. As a part of the programme, Saraswathi assured to develop the sewage system in the area much to the joy of the people living in the neighbourhood. 

Later the envoy along with water works manager Krishna Prasad, Electrical Assistant Engineer Ashok and senior TRS leaders A Hari, Deepu, Mahesh etc held a padayatra at Laxmi Nagar in Lalapet. The corporator interacted with the residents over water and drainage issues in the area along with the threat caused by electrical wires passing over the roofs of residents in the colony. Saraswathi assured to end their worries at the earliest.
