Corporator urges GHMC to create sports facilities

Mallapur: Local Corporator  Pannala Devender Reddy  has represented to GHMC Commissioner seeking  facilities for promoting games like volleyball, kabaddi, cricket, yoga, besides storage rooms, in Venkatramana Colony, Shaktisainagar Colony and Janapriya Township. 

Reddy appealed to the GHMC chief to create playgrounds in three colonies, after inspecting the sports facilities there. He wanted the civic body to arrange facilities for the local youth. 

Among those who accompanied the corporator during  the inspection were Ward Committee Member P R Praveen, TRS leaders Rupender Reddy, Sanjeeva Reddy,  Ramana B, Ravinder Reddy, local residents Prasad, Subramanyam, Ravi David, Bal Reddy,  GHMC sports wing staffer Raj Kumar.
