Speaking to The Hans India reporter, Varicuppala Vedagiri said, “I had strong liking and fascination for policemen and the ‘Khaki’ uniform ever since my childhood. While this drove me to come up with the composition, the other reasons that led to the composition are people of Bhavishyaa School of Hastinapur and other people from Rachakonda zone who approached me for the song.

When asked about what the time was taken to compose the song Varicuppala Vedagiri said, “It was only last week that I finally decided to pen down the song and I took only one day to compose the song. The song was released after a day at Bhavishyaa School in the presence of L B Nagar DCP M Venkateshwar and the school correspondent Krishna Reddy amidst children. “

“The song was recorded at Ramoji film city and Anna audio lab at Film Nagar. The song basically has the lyrics which talks about the achievements and the efforts of Rachakonda police team. My own brother is also a police officer, so I did not have any problem in coming up with the composition as I have seen the life of a policeman very closely.

Initially, even I wanted to become a police officer, but destiny landed me into music industry and I am happy about it”, added Varicuppala Vedagiri When asked about his feeling and reactions on the release of the album Varicuppala Vedagiri told The Hans India,

“I am thrilled to come up with this composition, it was a moment of pride for me to meet to Commissioner of Police Mahesh M Bhagwat and Joint Commissioner of Police Tarun Joshi and handed over them the copies of the CD of the song. The music would be out in the market within in next four to five days. After listening to it you can revert back to me for feedback”, said Varicuppala Vedagiri with a smile.
