100th Water ATM opened at Begumpet

 Begumpet: The 100th Any Time Water mission to provide 20 litres of water for 20 rupees under the GHMC for city residents was inaugurated on Monday near Park Hotel at Begumpet. City mayor Bonthu Rammohan is determined to set up water ATMs in 500 locations in the city. Khairathabad MLA Chintala Ramchandra Reddy, former MLA Vijayaramarao, Corporator Atluri Vijayalakshmi and others were present. 

These ATM machines are set up with the technology provided by the Swiss International Institute to provide clean, fresh water without removing naturally-occurring minerals. The World Health Organization, Red Cross, Red Crescent, etc. are providing water to meet quality standards.
