English and Foreign Languages University V-C meets trainees in English
Osmania University: The English and Foreign Languages University has been a hub of International Training Programs (ITP) in English. Currently, the ITP-58 batch is represented by 86 participants (diplomats, lawyers, scientists, doctors) hailing from 44 different countries. In an unprecedented effort, the Vice Chancellor, Prof E Suresh Kumar, has interacted with the participants of the ongoing programme to personally learn about the merits and gaps in the conduct of the program.
The Vice Chancellor expressed that he is keen on getting an objective feedback from the participants as he earnestly wishes to improve on the course and not get complacent with its current success.
With a motto of ‘safety first’, the ACP of Kachiguda Division, Narasiah and the Station House Officer, OU Police Station, Jagan were invited for the interaction. The ACP addressed the safety concerns of the participants and assured them of immediate attention in case of any issues.
The students uninhibitedly participated in the informal interaction and unanimously expressed their contentment with the course. They also appreciated the safety efforts taken up by the Vice Chancellor.
