AO, head constable feted upon retirement

Vikarabad:  District Superintendent of Police Annapurna on Wednesday felicitated Accounts Officer in the police department Venkateswar Rao and head constable K Buchchaiah with police traditions on retiring from service upon attaining the age of superannuation. 
She felicitated them by presenting them with a shawl and a memento. 

She said that retiring from service with negative remarks was a great achievement. She promised to settle their retirement benefits as early as possible and wished them to lead a happy post-retired life. 

Venkateswara Rao, a group-IV service appointee, had put in a rich experience of 38 years in the department, while Buchchaiah who joined the department as constable retired from service as head constable after serving the department for 30 years.

District Additional ASP C Narasimhulu, RA DSP Jayakumar, SBI Dasu, DCRB inspector Venkateswarlu, RSI Prasanth, Vikarabad District Police officers association president T Ashok and others took part in the felicitation function.
