‘Atmagourava Sabha’by Anganwadi workers

 Champapet: The Anganwadi Teachers’ Association on Wednesday organised  ‘Atmagourava sabha’ for the Anganwadi workers of Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy districts to celebrate the recent decision of the TRS government to increase their salary and recognise them as mini-teachers. Association president Bikshamamma chaired the event.

Addressing the gathering, TNGO State president K Ravinder, who was the chief guest, recalled that the Anganwadi workers had played a crucial role in the Telangana agitation and that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao had recognised their contribution to shower them with sops. 

He hailed the government decision to construct new buildings for the organisation. Ravinder assured the Anganwadi workers that their pending problems would also be shortly solved.
