Constables instructed to close pending NBWs

,Vikarabad:  District Superintendent of Police Annapurna on Sunday directed court constables of various police stations to close the Non-Bailable Warrants (NBW), pending since 2012, as early as possible. If there is any problem with regard to the pending cases, she wanted t hem to solve immediately.
 
Reviewing the status of cases under investigation in each police station in a meeting with court constables held here on Sunday, she directed them to upload the information on what transpired in courts using the court monitoring system application in the police website. 

She asked them to support the police officials to ensure that the guilty are brought to the book. She wanted them to ensure that the guilty receive the punishment. 
DCRB inspector Dasu, legal advisor and others took part in the meeting.
