Employees protest

Hyderabad: Employees associated with Registration and Stamps department staged a protest against the State government’s decision to allow registration and sale of stamps from Mandal Revenue Office (MRO).

The United Registration & Stamps Department Employees Association along with TNGOs demonstrated in front of the office on Sunday.TNGOs city president S M Hussaini Mujeeb said that state government cannot punish all the employees for the mistake of one or two people.

He appealed the government to revoke the decision. He said that registration office employees will work to improve the revenue in coming days.Revenue offices are already burdened with more work, he opined.
