City-based youth invents ‘Air suspension seat’

Hyderabad: A city-based 24-year-old youth has come up with new initiative- an innovative suspension technology- which reduces jerking on potholed roads. It is an air suspension seat which has air cells. 

Vishwanath, NIT graduate from Surat, who always has keen towards innovation from childhood. He always has a dream to do something innovative for the country. Finally, he has invented an air suspension seat. 

Speaking to The Hans India he said, ''we three college friends from NIT, Surat passed out and we were looking out for a problem which is very relevant to the country and solve that one. I used to travel a lot, but I used to get back pain and we noticed the problem is with everyone, 70 per cent of the people who travel on the roads face trouble while travelling and 20 per cent reported they have extreme trouble in back pain.”
  
He said they started workout towards the problem and realised the best suspension technology in the world was an air suspension technology. 

They thought to bring an air suspension technology into motor cycle and a car in affordable rate, he added. Vishwanath said that it took two and half years to design a final solution. The design for first time got ‘CII Most Promising Innovation of the year 2015 and 2016’.

Talking about his upcoming project he wanted to build transport accessories to solve major problems in our country.
