Review on MNREGS targets

Medak: Medak district Joint Collector G Nagesh held a review meeting on the progress of Mahtma Gandhi Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MNREGS) and its targets before the start of monsoon season in the district on Monday. 

Speaking at the meeting to the Mandal Parishad Development Officers (MPDO) and Assistant Project Officers (APO) held at the Collectorate here, the JC ordered the officials to complete the target of the fulfillment at the prescribed working days given by the government for the labours in the villages in one month time.

He further added that Mandal wise plans should be designed for the implementation of the fourth phase of Haritha Haaram at a fast pace and complete the targets in the period of a month time to bring  good results for the district. District Rural Development Officer Dasarath was also present at the meet.
