‘SHGs to get land for Mahila Samakhya Bhavan’

Vikarabad: District Collector Sayyad Omar Jaleel on Thursday assured SHG members to allot a suitable site for Federation of woman’s self-help groups. He was participating as chief guest at the International Women’s day celebrations held at his chambers here. He cut a cake on the occasion. 

He exhorted woman prospective industrialists to come forward and avail government loans. He called upon the SHG members to strive to enroll girls dropping out of education back in schools. 

Joint Collector Sandhya Rani, District Welfare Officer Jyotsna, BCDO Pushpalata, DEO Renuka Devi, civil supplies district manager Alivelumanga, DFO Rajani and women staff of various government departments took part in the programme.
