While staging the dharna Mandakrishna stressed that care should be taken not to cause disruption of transport facilities in view of the ongoing examinations. While welcoming the TRS decision to give Rajya Sabha tickets to Banda Prakash and Lingayya Yadav, he accused all parties of doing injustice to girijans, who suffered because of lack of reservations in the RS elections. The MRPS leader called for debates on reservations in the RS and legislative councils.
