Government should rethink its decision on MLAs: Gaddar

Toopran: ‘People’s Poet’ Gaddar opined that the Telangana government need to rethink on the cancellation of memberships of two Congress MLAs Komati Reddy and Sampath Kumar. Though, he faulted the behaviour of the suspended Congress  Legislators in the House of democracy which the similar kind of incidents took place in the past in parliament and Assemblies of various states in the country, he demanded the TRS government to reconsider the motion taken by the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Telangana.

The cancellation of membership of any MLA from the House is undemocratic, Gaddar opined who came here to participate in the death anniversary of his childhood friend. Public should concentrate on the best redressal system for the problems of the public instead of fighting in the Assembly leading to the loss of confidence in public over them, noted the folk balladeer. 

The TRS government, on the first day of Assembly sessions, suspended 11 Legislative members of Congress party from the entire Assembly session including cancelling the membership of two MLAs from the same party for causing chaos and unruly behaviour towards the chair of the House and Governor, who was delivering his speech.
