Cultural growth linked to development of literature

OU: Osmania University Registrar Prof Ch Gopal Reddy on Wednesday linked cultural development of society to literary development. He was speaking at a national seminar on Marathi literature held at OU Arts College. RTM University professor Nagendra Sailendra Lende delivered the key-note address. He traced the growth of Marathi literature from the pre-independence era to the present day. 

Marathi head of the department and the national seminar director Dr Namrata Bagde explained objectives of the seminar.  Arts college principal Prof D Ravinder, vice3-principal Pro Ramulu, seminar officer Kulakarni, professors and research scholars submitted their papers at the seminar.
