Water found in LPG cylinder

Tandur:  An LPG cylinder contained only water but no gas complains one of the consumers Supreet of Basheerabad, near here. Supreet on Thursday got replacement of LPG cylinder from a gas agency exchanging the empty with a new one. However, hard he tried to light the stove it ended in a fiasco. 

When he took back the LPG cylinder to the agency, they found water inside the cylinder instead of the liquefied petroleum gas. A complaint has been lodged with the civil supplies department here, but of no use.
