PhD at the age of 64

Hyderabad: Tirupathi Venkat Rao, Joint Director (Vigilance and Security), Telangana State Road Transportation Corporation (TSRTC), at the age of 64, completed his Ph.D in law on the subject of “Policy in Law: A critical study of Constitutional and Human Rights Dimensions” in February 2018.
He has written three articles including Combating Cyber crimes: International Law Perspective, Forest Rights Act 2006 and Police Reforms: Need of the Hour which were published in the monthly, Law Journal.
