TGT, PGT candidates resent TSPSC stand
Hyderabad: Several candidates who have applied for the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) advertised posts of TGT and PGT posts alleged here on Tuesday that injustice has been done to them. As many as 89 candidates poured out their woes at a press conference in Press Club.
They strongly criticised the stand of the commission while releasing the general notification in April 2017. The candidates contended that they were eligible for the posts. But now by declaring that they were not eligible because of lack of two optional subjects at the degree level amounted to rendering injustice to them.
While expressing severe anxiety, the candidates asserted that they were eligible for the TGT physical science posts, as the TSPSC had accepted them during the main exam and certificate verification.
They appealed to the TRS government to consider their plea with humanitarian approach and render justice to them. Among the candidates present were Roopa, Sravanti, Anupama, Venkataramana.
