Cong leader gets ` 1 L from CMRF

Tandur:  Senior Congress leader and also a Dalit leader was presented with Rs 1 lakh cheque from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) towards treatment of his chronic disease. 

Transport Minister Mahender Reddy, who presented the check to the ailing Ramulu of the town, said that the TRS Government is helping the people cutting across the party affiliations. He said that he distributed benefits from the CM’s relief funds to many ailing poor  in the constituency.  Ramulu thanked the Minister for his gesture.
