Rich tributes paid to Babu Jagjivan Ram

 Tandur:   Leaders of TDP, Congress RTC and also Dalit groups on Thursday paid glowing tributes to former deputy prime minister Babu Jag Jivanram on account of his 111st birth anniversary. They recalled his services for the development of the country in general and Dalits in particular. 

At municipal office here, his portrait was garlanded and rich tributes paid to the leader as part of the celebrations held under the leadership of municipal chairperson. Congress, TDP Assembly constituency in-charges, municipal chairperson Sunita Sampath, Jai Bheem Utsav Committee members Venkat,Raghu Narasimha and Anant and others took part in the celebrations.
