Ticketless travellers abound here!

Bharat Nagar: It is a free for all at Bharat Nagar railway station as people get down from trains and get out of the station through the vast open space. It is not only posing a danger to their lives as trains keeps moving and also a huge loss to the Railways as many do not purchase tickets. 

Ram, a resident of Bharat Nagar said, “It has become second nature for the people residing in the vicinity not to purchase tickets. In spite of an entrance and exit space available, people do not bother.” With a market and many colonies close to the railway station, there are a lot of passengers during peak hours in the morning and evening.
