Decks being cleared for roads

Hydernagar: To tackle the traffic problem, local MLA A Gandhi held a meeting with special chief secretary of housing board Chitra Ramachandran. The MLA called on the secretary for the construction of a parallel road between Pragathi Nagar and Hydernagar.

In the month of December, in a meeting with the MAUD minister K T Rama Rao, it was decided to develop the roads in the area. In the latest meeting held on Thursday, discussions for requirement of land at Housing Board Colony came up.

It may be noted that a 60-feet road from Pragathi Nagar to Kukatpally has been cleared. MORE supermarket had already given land for a 30-feet road and another 30-feet road from Housing Board colony is sought.
