Chandrayangutta: Justice for Asifa is becoming a nationwide movement now as many organisations, social groups and others are joining hands in support to get justice for the minor, by cutting across their political affiliations and ideologies. Local social groups in city have also held several protests and candle light marches in twin cities.

Popular social leader Esa Misri also took out a candle light march in Chandrayangutta in which dozens of people have participated. This march was also joined by the local TRS leader Saritha, Sai Kumar and many others. They condemned the communalisation of a ghastly crime against a minor girl. Esa Misri demanded that the central government take stern action against the culprits and rein in those who are supporting the culprits in the name of investigation.
