Mazdoor union holds rally seeking justice for Asifa

Secunderabad: Condemning the brutal murder of Asifa, an 8-year-old girl from Kathua in Jammu and Kashmir and the inhumane attack on a 17-year-old teenager by an MLA in Unnao amongst several other atrocities on women in the society, the South Central Railways Mazdoor Union held a massive rally near Sanchalan Bhawan, here on Monday. 

Over 100 people participated in the rally. As part of the programme, people sloganeered against protecting the accused by the leaders of the saffron party and demanded the government to serve justice to those who were ruthlessly raped and killed in the name of religion, ethnicity, and status in the society.
