Police alert people about break-ins at locked houses

Toopran: Due to the summer vacation, Toopran CI Lingeshwar Rao and SI Nagarjuna Goud alerted the people of the burglaries and thefts at their locked houses and advised them to make sure that jewellery and other valuables are not stored in their houses while they were out of station. 

As there is a scope of break-ins and robberies by the miscreants, the police issued a circular to the people to inform about their locked houses while going on vacation and not to wear any gold or silver ornaments while walking in the early morning or sleeping on terrace or outside of their houses to avoid attacks by the robbers or muggers for the valuable articles.

“Make sure the houses have central locking system and cattle and other domestic animals are in safe place and not along the National Highway 44 and call up the police by dialling 100 immediately at the sight of any suspicious persons in your areas”, the police directed the people in the limits of Toopran police station. The police also sought the cooperation of the people for the installation of the CCTV cameras in their villages.
