Poverty not a hurdle; hard work helps them succeed
Tandur: Poverty and hardships could not stop them from excelling in education. Defying all odds, Bhargav and Bhargavi from Vikarabad district proved their mettle in recently released results of Intermediate.
Bhargavi from Yalal scored 920 marks out of 1000 in BiPC group. Her life is not a bed of roses. Her father left her family some years ago. Mother Bhagyamma along with her parents took pains to provide education for Bhargavi. Bhagyamma sells tea for making both ends meet. Her hard life paid off at last when Bhargavi achieved a remarkable score. Speaking to The Hans India, Bhargavi said she studied at ZPHS at Yalal up to Class 10. She expressed her aim to become a science teacher.
Another one Bhargav native of Chennaram of Yalala mandal scored 926 marks in CEC group. His parents are agriculture labours. He also studied in ZPHS Yalal up to class 10. Speaking to The Hans India, Bhargav said that watching the hard life of their parents, he wanted to work well and excel in studies. He wants to become a Charted Accountant. Both Bhargavi and Bhargav studied at Sidhartha Junior College in the town. Principal of the college Narender congratulated them on their achievement.
