20-day cycle rally for separate varsity for SCs to begin on April 25

Osmania University: A 20-day cycle rally for a separate university to students belonging to SC will begin under the leadership of MRPS TS working president Vangapalli Srinivas on April 25, said MRPS TS president Yathakula Bhaskar.

He was speaking to media at OU Guest House on Sunday. He said activists of MRPS and SC sub-castes and MSF students will take part in the rally. “A huge public meeting will be held after the rally. The Government should concentrate on public universities by providing amenities rather than encouraging private universities,” he opined. SC/ST Commission member Sunkapaka Devaiah Madiga, Junnu Kanaka Raju, Kokkera Bhumanna, Mekala Mallanna, MSF leaders Kolluri Venkat, Kongera Shankar, Pala Alexander, Chandu and others were present.
