Corporator inaugurates APSA

Seethaphalmandi: Corporator Hema Samala inaugurated APSA (Association for promotion of social action) urban community development tailoring training centre for women in Seethaphalmandi division at Chilkalguda Chitabai area. Ward members Rajeshwar and Tulasi Bai were also present.
