Doctors told to strive for providing better healthcare

Kukatpally: Vice President Venkaiah Naidu asked doctors to strive for providing quality healthcare to the people in order to see the country developing with higher GDP rates. He said that earlier the growth rate of the country was 27 per cent and now it was so hard to get even 10 per cent.
He was speaking at the convocation ceremony of Mallareddy Institute of Medical Sciences at JNTUH on Sunday. He said that doctors bear the responsibility of providing proper healthcare and make the country healthy. Stating that the law will take its course in the case of Kathua rape, he said that people must boycott such persons. He distributed certificates to meritorious students on this occasion.
