SCB members pay floral tributes to Telugu Talli

Bowenpally: The Secunderabad  Cantonment Board (SCB) members started off  for the plenary session after offering floral tribute to Telangana Talli at Bowenpally play grounds here on Friday. The event was attended by Jampan board, Pratap board vice president, Ramakrishna, Pandu Yadav, Venkatesh and others.
