400 benefit from medical camp

Ramanthapur: In a novel initiative, Madhura Charitable Trust in association with KIMS Hospital conducted a free medical camp at Vishwa Shanti Public School at Gandhi Nagar in Ramanthapur here on Sunday.

Laxma Reddy of Madhura Charitable Trust said, “Such camps would be organised every month for the benefit of citizens and doctors from different specializations would be brought.” He further added that free medicines would also be distributed. About 400 persons from the area attended the camp and after examination were given medicines free of cost.

Laxma Reddy lauded the efforts of the persons who helped in the initiative and also called upon citizens to spread awareness about the free medical camp so that more people would be benefitted. P C Venkatesh, correspondent, Vishwa Shanti Public School said that he would be more than willing to support the cause. Gaddam Ravi Kumar, S Babu Yadav, Narsimha Reddy, B Ravinder, Md Rafeeq, Ashu, Samad and others were present on the occasion.
