MLA inspects rain-hit crops

Maheshwaram:  Local legislator Teegala Krishna Reddy on Friday inspected crops damaged during Thursday’s hailstorm at various places in Kandukuru mandal. The crops included paddy, mango and tomato. 

Reddy directed officials concerned to estimate the damage. He assured compensation to farmers who underwent losses. He handed over Rs 5,000 as an immediate assistance to Edramma of Bucchapally. People’s representatives accompanied the MLA.
