Puppaguda locals demand action against land usurpers

Hyderabad: Locals from the Puppalguda area have alleged that a builder was trying to usurp their land in connivance with the GHMC officials in violation of High Court orders. 

The locals have alleged that their land was leveled in order to carry out the construction on it. They claimed that several complaints were filed with Narsingi police but no action was taken so far.
They further claimed that the High Court asked the officials and builder to stop the construction activity but they were not complying with the orders. 

They further stated that builders were threatening them when they resisted and protested against the construction activity on their land. Women staged a protest on their land and tried to stop the builders from leveling the land there but in vain. They demanded that the authorities take immediate action against the land grabbers.
