Light to moderate rain forecast for two days

Hyderabad: Thunderstorms with gusty winds lashed Sangareddy, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy, Medak, Siddipet, Medchal, Malkajgiri districts among the 21 Telangana districts during the last 24 hours ending at 8.30 am on Friday. 

The Met department bulletin said there was 3 cm of rain in Maheshwaram in Ranga Reddy district, 2 cm in Vikarabad and 1 cm in Saroornagar.  Medak recorded 43 and Hakimpet 38  degrees Celsius as the day temperature. Light to moderate rain or thundershowers are forecast at isolated places across the State on May 19 and 20. Dry weather is likely to prevail on May 21 and 22.
