TVKSAC demands regularisation of contract employees

Hyderabad: Demanding regularisation of the services of contract employees (Artisans), Telangana Vidyuth Karmika Sangala Joint Action Committee (TVKSJAC) submitted a memorandum to RangaReddy District Collector Raghunandan Rao on Monday.

TVKSJAC chairman K Eshwar Rao alleged that the services of 23,667 contract workers who turned as Artisans on June 31, 2017, not regularised as per the assurance given by the Chief Minister K ChandraShekar Rao in Assembly.

The chairman demanded the abolition of peace rate worker system and basic pay, ESI and PF to 6,500 peace rate workers. Convener G Nagaraj and others were present.
