‘Jugaad’ for cool air

Kalikhabar: Mechanics of a car workshop come up with a ‘jugaad’ (making temporary arrangements) to beat the heat by installing a salvaged fan of an air cooler in open. The fan serves the purpose of circulating air. 

But to get cool air, the workers put up a saline dripping system containing cold water behind the fan. The cool water dripping drop by drop provides some respite to the mechanics from the heat.
