Mufti Jamalurahman conducts Haj training camp
Charminar: Noted mufti Shah Mohammed Jamalurahman said that getting a chance to perform Haj was the greatest gift by the god and it was utmost necessary to perform all rituals of Haj with accuracy and care.
He was addressing the Haj training camp organised by the TS Haj Committee at Masjid e Amera in city on Sunday. He advised that Haj pilgrimage must be performed to show true attachment to god. Special officer SA Shukoor, who presided over the training programme, advised that it would be better to meet Hajis to learn from their experiences.
He informed that pilgrims could take Rs 25,000 and $ 5000 or Saudi Riyals with them exceeding this amount need custom entry. He further said that pilgrims can take 55 kg of luggage with them and a wheel chair for differently-abled can be hired in Mecca city or can be taken from embarkation point. He advised the pilgrims not to bring gold while returning from Haj. He said that vaccination of pilgrims would commence immediately after Ramzan Eid.
