Pilot Rohit Reddy sponsors district athletes

Tandur: The president of the district athletics association Pilot Rohit Reddy said the talented sportspersons in the rural areas are not able to realise their dream due to lack of encouragement and financial assistance. He assured that he would extend help to the rural sportspersons for their upliftment. 

The team will participate in state championship in Warangal from June 10-11

He has been sponsoring the 25 athletes of the district who are going to participate in the competitions to be held at Warangal on Monday and Tuesday. Rohit Reddy urged the youth not to confine to the popular games like cricket, instead choose athletics as their career. Players who got the sponsorship thanked Rohit Reddy for his gesture. Secretary of the association Manthan God Sanjeev, international players Sonam, Meetya were also present.
