MLA orders GHMC officials to expedite nala works

Kukatpally: Local legislator Madhavaram Krishna Rao at a meeting with Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) projects and engineering officials in his camp office on Thursday and  advised them to speed up the nala works in the constituency for which already Rs 397.80 crore has been sanctioned. 

Rao wanted the officials to ensure the work of KPHP indoor stadium to be completed at the earliest so that it would be useful for the people. He asked the officials to take up the bridge works near Fathenagar Khaitan factory and Allapur nala widening.  

The MLA stated that officials should review the pending development works in the Kukatpally-Moosapet circle and submit estimates if more funds are required. The funds would be released, he assured. Among those present were SE Ravindranath, Projects EE Mohan Reddy, EE Sridhar, Govardhan, Sridevi.
