TDP demands roll back of petrol, diesel prices

Himayatnagar: Demanding reduction in petrol prices, Telangana TDP leaders led by party Hyderabad president MN Srinivasa Rao staged a dharna at a junction here on Monday. The dharna led to heavy traffic jam for many hours. The police rushed to the spot and arrested the protesting activists and cleared the traffic.

Srinivasa lamented that with the hike in petrol and diesel prices the common people were suffering as there was rise of prices of essential commodities and transport charges. He warned to continue the protest until the hike in fuel prices were rolled back.
