BCs submit memorandum to deputy CM

Hyderabad: Seeking legislation to control corporate educational institutions, Telangana BC Welfare Association president Erra Satyanarayana along with other leaders submitted a memorandum to Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari here on Thursday.

Terming the high increase in the school fees as financial loot by corporate institutions Satyanarayana said the poor just could not afford to send their children to institutions. There should be some parity in fee structure. He said that Srihari responded positively to the memorandum and assured the delegation of discussing the issue with Chief Minister, Satyanaryana said.

National secretary Gujja Ramesh, State general secretaries V Bhikshapathi and Bandari Latha, Students Association vice-president P Satish, leaders G Anji and Vemula Ramakrishna, Lawyers Association leaders N Srinivas Yadav, B Sampath Kumar, K Hanmanth Rao, Sushil Kumar Shinde took part.
