Several TRS leaders quit to join Congress

​Parigi:  Several TRS leaders of Lal Singh Thanda on the outskirts of Tirumalapur in Kulkacharla mandal quit the TRS and joined the Congress on Tuesday in the presence of MLA T Rammohan Reddy. 

Those who joined the Congress include Srinivas Naik, Ravi Naik, Santosh, Madva Naik, Chatriya Naik, Khandya Naik and so on. 

Giving reasons for the cross over, Ravi Naik blamed Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao accusing him of functioning like a dictator. 

He said that the State would pass into monarchy from democracy if the TRS was re-elected to power. 
Vikarabad district Congress committee Vice-presidents Venkataiah Goud and Ravindra were also present on the occasion.
