Glitches delay exercising web options by teachers for transfer

Vikarabad: Technical problems dogged the teachers exercising web options for transfer to their favourite place of posting. The state government speeded up the transfers’ process since the lodging applications seeking transfers by teachers has been completed. The head masters are also allowed to exercise their option on the first day. 

The head masters who have gone to the Mee Seva centers to exercise their options have to wait for several hours together because of the technical problems. Further, the number of options they have to exercise is many. Therefore, it took long for them to exercise their options. Of the 3,572 teachers in the district, 757 teachers are poised to be transferred. The number of teachers who have completed five years is 48. 

The server has been responding very slow. Therefore, the Mee Seva staff expressed their inability to carry out the task as it took not less than one hour for each candidate. The teachers have to complete the task in association with those who have the computer knowledge. The June 24 and 25 have been reserved for the school assistants to exercise their option, while June 26 and 27 have been reserved for the secondary grade teachers. The teachers have been appealing to the state government to resolve the server problem.
