Eruvaka Pournami at Tandur

##BIG-IMAGE#Tandur: Farmers of Peddamul, Yalal Basheerabad and Tandur mandals on Thursday celebrated ‘Eruvaka Pournami’ with religious fervour. They decorated bulls with new clothes. Later, they organised the procession of bullock carts in festive atmosphere. 

A caparisoned elephant which was part of the procession organised by mandal parishad vice-president Abdul Khalid at Mylaval village of Basheerabad attracted wide attention. Procession with 50 bullock carts was held at Old Tandur.
